Landesmuseum
At this provincial museum which was built in 1879-84, you can see
Roman artifacts gleaned from excavations in Carinthia. Exhibits display
art and artifacts from prehistoric times to the present. The most
outstanding feature is a display of ecclesiastical art. Items of
interest in the natural history section include the Ice Age rhinoceros
skull which provided the model for the Dragon Fountain
